Yesterday I broke down my bottom third Fantasy Football quarterbacks for the upcoming season. Today I’ll take a look at those QB’s that have the potential in be in the Top 10 but just missed out. Before I do that, lets recap the QB’s I ranked 21-30 and my predications:
